The problem that I chose is that tracking the product sales. When we don’t use excel in business we do not know much that how many products are left and how many stocks of products are imported and how many stocks of specific product are exported. We can also keep track of sales that on which date the supplier is importing product. This is a problem because when we don’t use excel we don’t know how many stocks of that product is left, if a customer comes so if he/she wants specific number of stocks of that specific product the salesmen would not know and then go to the storage where he keeps the stocks of products then count them and then get the right count, tell the customer .

1.How does my excel spreadsheet help people in their business?(medium)
My excel spreadsheet can help people who are in business by the people can use my spreadsheet to not  down that how many stocks are imported from the supplier and how many stocks are being exported from the store like how many people are buying it and also the big amount can also easily known when using my excel spreadsheet
2. how can my excel spreadsheet make business and marketing more effective?(medium)
using spreadsheets to list customer and sales targets can help you manage your sales force and plan future marketing plans based on past results. Track product sales using Excel on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Collecting the sales data onto an Excel spreadsheet lets you compare progress over time, and spot upward or downward trends as they occur. According to Microsoft, once you have a meaningful amount of sales data tracked in Excel you can then forecast sales for the next year. Microsoft writes, "By using regression analysis, you can extend a trend line in a chart beyond the actual data to predict future values.
3. what are the formulas included in my spreadsheet?(high)
  1. Click 'Insert', Choose 'Tables', select 'PivotTable'. (click the arrow below PivotTable to create a chart.
  2. Select the table range (I.E. 1A-21G) in the Create Pivot Table dialog box that pops up.
  3. Choose the location of the new pivot table (new worksheet or existing one).
  4. Click 'OK'.
  5. Customize your Pivot Table as needed.
You can also add all the values like when the stocks are being added in count. The formula for example can =A2+D3
4. how does my excel spreadsheet help the customer?(low)
My spreadsheet can be used also to help the customer like when the shopkeeper doesn’t know how many stocks he has to go an check how many stocks are there so the time for the customer is wasted. Then it also helps the customer by the customer can use the same excel spreadsheet for another use.
Instead of wasting time the shopkeeper can use excel.
5.how can people be more organised using by excel spreadsheet?(medium)
People can be more organised by using my excel spreadsheet by they can organise the amount they have and how much is added and how much it is deducted and it can also help people be more organised by that people can orderly keep tracking the product and then do it systematically. Helps people keep their product tracked and also the stocks.
Analyse existing product
This spreadsheet explains that how much they are getting a specific stock per week and the price is also written. This template also talks about how much profit is gained per week and how much loss are we experiencing. There is stock symbol which explains that there are different types of products and there is also a mark that what product is coming per week and then the price of the product is written and it is also written that how much they saled it for and then they maybe used a formula and then they added and then subtracted the total capital out and total capital in and then they got the price that how much they got loss and how much they gained profit.

This template is about the tracking of the order. This template about per month. There are sections that are made in this template and then there are money that how much the sales are and then there is cost of the different products and then the paid money is also is being noted here. PayPal fees is not much required. Then there is a whole loss and product. This template is not much explanatory because it is not much specific about the product and they should do it by per week to be more specific. This explains about the whole year but it is not much specifically said because there are multiple products.

DESIGN BRIEF
My company is a business company and I am creating a template which is a product which my company needs my company needs to track the products which are coming per week and how much loss/profit we are gaining.
My overall goal in this project to make a way from excel spreadsheet that helps my company to handle how many stocks are imported and how many are sold and then to also note that are we gaining loss or profit. By this spreadsheet I want to communicate about tracking the product easily by my template. I am not much trying to spread awareness about my company and I am making a product which works only within the company. I would differ myself from other companies by making a spreadsheet which is more specific about the dates and also more specific like having weeks and I would also write the charges that I faced and also profit and loss. I would also keep that which product is there and which product needs to come. My target audience are the business men. My spreadsheet is going to be a soft copy. I going to use excel formulas in my product. I should have an effective spreadsheet which is easy to understand and explains everything
